The world of the rafters meets to an international meeting every 2 years.  

As one of the most active members of the "International Timberraftman
Association", the Vogtländische Flößerverein Muldenberg e.V. the surcharge for the transaction of the 15. International Rafters Meeting in the year 2006 gotten.  From the 13.-16.07.2006, this juncture in Muldenberg takes place. From approximately 26 nations, approximately 800 participants are expected.  

The prime minister of the republic Saxony, Mr. Georg Milbradt, takes over the patronage over this important Event.
